This lack of a centralized, efficient, and user-friendly platform for booking tourism transport services leads to inefficiencies, delays, and a suboptimal travel experience. Additionally, the existing transportation options often lack route optimization and personalization, making it hard for travelers to plan their journeys effectively. By providing a seamless booking process, optimized routes, and personalized services, TransHub addresses these issues, ensuring a smooth, safe, and enjoyable travel experience for tourists exploring Ghana.
