BEJA Technicians is on a mission to become a central hub for the nation's tech repair ecosystem. We offer: Accessible Repairs: We service a wide range of devices with convenient options like online booking, repair tracking, and both repair centers and mobile workshops for on-site service. Skilled Workforce Development: Investing in training programs, we aim to cultivate a competent tech repair workforce in Ghana, addressing the growing demand for skilled technicians. Customer-Centric Focus: Transparency, clear communication, and subscription plans with extended warranties prioritize customer satisfaction and build trust. Responsible Tech Care: BEJA Technicians promotes responsible gadget care, potentially reducing e-waste through repairs, extended lifespans, and exploring the possibility of in-house gadget assembly. Sustainable Business Model: We plan to achieve long-term financial financial stability through diversified revenue streams (repairs, subscriptions, gadget sales)

Ghana's tech sector is booming, but reliable and accessible repair solutions are lacking. This creates a gap for Ghanaians: Inconvenient Repairs: Limited repair options and lack of transparency make fixing gadgets frustrating and time-consuming. Unskilled Workforce: The dearth of qualified technicians can lead to unreliable repairs and potential damage to devices. Irresponsible Gadget Use: A lack of awareness about responsible gadget care contributes to e-waste. BEJA Technicians tackles these issues by: 1. Offering convenient repair services through online booking, mobile workshops, and repair centers. 2. Investing in training programs to create a pool of skilled technicians who can provide high-quality repairs. 3. Promoting responsible gadget care education to extend device lifespans and reduce e-waste. Experience launching a tech business is crucial for BEJA Technicians' success. 3. Alexander Donkoh (Chief Engineer): Tech Entrepreneur with experience as Lead Technician at KA Technologies Ghana. This dual background offers both technical proficiency in repairs and an entrepreneurial spirit. 4. Fariza Chambas (Deputy Chief Engineer): Hands-on experience is evident from founding and leading SHE Technology, an enterprise focused on gadget repair. Her skills directly translate into BEJA Technicians' core service. 5. Benjamin Bondzie (Finance): Financial expertise is provided by Benjamin. ensuring sound financial management and resource allocation for BEJA Technicians. 6.
