Space is an online housing portal that seeks to connect home sellers to home hunters across the globe.

Imagine finding yourself on a platform that you sign up for free,upload your property and reach out to millions of individuals looking for a place to call a home? Or imagine finding yourself on a platform connects you to your dream home with ease? Space is an online housing portal that links individuals selling properties to individuals individuals looking for a property to buy. Space is actually where you find your dream home.

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

The stress you have to go through to get people who are looking for a property to buy and also the stress you have to go through to find a house.

01.03 Tell us the major benefits and/or advantages of using the product/service that your project intends to provide (at least 3).

- When you sign up to space, you reach out to millions of individuals looking for a place to call a home. - When you sign up to space, there’s a feature where you can put in details of the exact house you want(let’s say 3-bedroom apartments), where you want it and your budget and when a property is listed by a realtor and it falls within that, you receive notification to go check it out. - There’s a feature on space where Real estate agencies can put a house on auction for individuals to bid.

01.04 Please describe who exactly your project is aimed at serving. Who are the targeted beneficiaries?

10 years from when space is launched, we want to solve at least 60% of the world’s housing needs. Our targeted beneficiaries are basically Real estate agencies,realtors,the individual who wants to sell a property or looking for a place to call a home.

Samuel: is the co-founder,he is actually my cousin and has been on-board ever since this idea was birthed. He is also a computer science student so will be assisting with the website development and maintenance of the website. Patience: She’s the team coordinator,currently assisting to build a creative and like-minded team to work on this project.

10.06 Are you initiating actions within your community to promote the role of female entrepreneurs?

I’ve formed an association with both male and female entrepreneurs where we meet once every month to share ideas and check on individual progress as well. We are always encouraging people to join to promote it.
