Describe your project or startup in a few words
To create a system to link fashion designers, dressmakers, and clients to bridge the trust gap in both parties, growth in wealth and improvement of life.
01.01 Describe your project in more detail
This project seeks to connect Fashion Designers and Dressmakers to meet new clients, bridge the trust gap, and bring optimum satisfaction to all stakeholders in the fashion industry. Trust issues have always existed between both parties, especially new clients in a new location. Fashion designers and dressmakers often worry about not getting paid promptly or at all by their clients after providing services. They also deal with the problem of clients failing to collect their clothes on time or at all after they have invested their time and money in the work. Customers often fear being let down by not receiving their dress on time, not getting the exact style they requested, and facing high workmanship costs. This project aims to solve the problems both parties face. The project will create a system made up of an application software, an official website, and an Office building which will connect both parties for easy accessibility, affordability, timely and increased wealth.
01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?
Trust issues. For customers trying a new fashion designer and dressmaker can pose a significant challenge for customer. Establishing trust in a service provider they are unfamiliar with with can be tough. Additionally, customers may question if their desired outcome aligns with what they will receive. On the other hand, fashion designers and dressmakers encounter challenges with customer attitude. This includes demands for earlier deliver then agreed upon, customers not collecting dresses on agreed date and uncertainties about receiving the correct payment.
01.03 Tell us the major benefits and/or advantages of using the product/service that your project intends to provide (at least 3).
1. Optimum customer satisfaction : This is where accurate demands of customers are met through the use of quality materials at befitting affordable cost with on time delivery at a modern suiting dress style. 2.Increased patronage and finances: Because designers are regulated by a working policy, customer satisfaction is improved leading to more referrals which increases designer income. Designers get incentive packages for meeting set targets. Also, the project will create a channel that will allow designers to get easy access to the materials they need. 3. Increased income for stakeholders such as textile houses, delivery companies and media houses 4. Revenue generation through the payment of taxes to the government and creation of job opportunities for the youth.
