This limitation hinders their ability to reach a broader audience, as potential customers are restricted to those who can physically visit the location. Without dependable delivery options, these businesses miss out on opportunities to grow their clientele and increase sales.

Yes, Horseheel is an improvement on existing delivery services in terms of customer service, technology, mobile application, and gamifying the delivery process, thereby attracting more users. Yes, Horseheel is a new version of existing delivery services due to its innovative approach to working with partners and customers, focusing on customer service, technology advancement, and gamifying the delivery process. Yes, Horseheel responds to the demand for better customer service and technology advancement in the delivery industry, which has not been fully satisfied by other existing services. Additionally, the gamification of the delivery process offers a unique value proposition not found in competitors' services.
