Duxen is a platform designed to provide tools to help individuals each and every step of the way to achieve their career aspirations.

01.01 Describe your project in more detail

Duxen has one goal in mind, to help young people become the best versions of themselves economically. We do this by creating a platform of tools to help young people on their journey to academic success. Some of these tools are the explorer, the curator and the Match maker. The explorer takes your career goals, skills, strengths and interests to create career paths suited for you as well as the skills and knowledge required to pursue each career path with the help of machine learning. The Curator then organizes a course addressing the specific knowledge or skillset deficit using AI. We then connect our develop talents with businesses across the globe. The Analyzer is a tool for businesses who wish to hire candidates with specific skillset. The analyzer therefore allows businesses to simulate work environment tasks to access the quality of the candidates autonomousl

96% of tertiary students are clueless about the skills necessary to succeed in the job market and hence 80% of businesses in Africa complain that many fresh graduates enter the workforce with very little value and usually have to be retrained.

School counselors are usually responsible for rendering one of the services we are offering but the counsellor to student ratios in Africa is minuscule

School Counsellors are our main competitors and we stand out by using technology to bring a personal career coach to each individual.
