Describe your project or startup in a few words

My project is mainly about creating mothercare items using African materials such as our African cloth, kente, beads etc to create Kids and mothercare items. For instance Diaper bags, babies wear, babies hat, mittens, sock etc to portray our rich culture

01.01 Describe your project in more detail

I realized that every item baby uses after they are born is basically imported products and there are no products that gives babies or Mothercare as a whole,the outlook as Africans. This project is to create Mothercare products or products for kids that will have the African touch and also import the products to other countries to be able to also use our Mothercare items. Among some of the items to recreate with the African touch are babies clothing and Maternity and mothercare items. For instance Diaper bags, babies hat, mittens, socks, maternity bags, maternity leggings, babies welcome dresses, babies shoes and African dresses as whole for kids.

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

To reduce the number of imported baby clothing and Mothercare products so we can create our own products and provide jobs for people

1. Using our products will promote use of African products 2. It'll help project Africa out there if we're able to import our Mothercare products 3. It'll help provide jobs for people who will be employed

My project is aimed at serving mothers and give babies the African outlook right from birth

This product is a New innovation and so far I've not seen any product like that in the market

There are a lot of people making products with African materials but what makes me stand out is my target market
