The Pediatrics App Revolution aims to address the evolving needs of parents and paediatric healthcare. With cutting-edge features, seamless user experiences, and a focus on holistic child well-being, this project intends to revolutionise the healthcare landscape. Leveraging technology and fostering community engagement, the app envisions a future where child healthcare is not just a necessity but an enjoyable and empowering journey for parents and their little ones. The project is now set for development, with a commitment to delivering a groundbreaking solution that sets new standards in paediatric care. 01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?
1. Expensive Quality Child Healthcare: Access to good and quality healthcare is expensive with over 40% of African households facing financial hardship due to high out-of-pocket healthcare expenses. 2. Limited access to reliable paediatric care: Only 1 in 4 children in subSaharan Africa has access to essential health services. 3. High child mortality rates due to preventable diseases: Approximately 1 in 13 children in sub-Saharan Africa dies before their fifth birthday, largely from preventable diseases like malaria, pneumonia, and diarrhoea. 4. Lack of comprehensive health resources for parents: Less than 30% of parents in rural Africa have access to reliable health information and resources to support their children's well-being.

1. Pedidae seeks to provide an affordable digital health solution, thereby reducing out-of-pocket expenses for quality paediatric care. 2. Pedidae will connect parents to certified paediatricians through virtual consultations and a USSD healthcare solution thereby increasing access to reliable care. 3. Pedidae’s innovative and paediatric health focused AI-powered health assistant will help guide parents on preventive care and timely medical interventions. 4. Pedidae in conjunction with the Paediatric Society of Ghana will help deliver comprehensive health information and resources through its LMS, thereby empowering parents with the knowledge to care for their children effectively.

Busy Working Parents: Pedidae supports busy working parents in Africa, with around 5 million new parents each year, by offering accessible, on-demand healthcare solutions that seamlessly fit into their hectic schedules. 3. 10.06 Are you initiating actions within your community to promote the role of female entrepreneurs?
1. I am my wife's biggest customer. She sells jewellery as a part-time business and i buy from her to give to family and friends as often as i can afford in order to promote her business. I have also used other skills such as my designing her business and brand assets and also work on formalising her business with necessary documentations. 2. I have also supported a lady i met randomly on sales about 3 years ago by helping her gain access to my network of vendor and retailer networks to display her products. She currently imports a luxury tea brand from. Kenya called Kericho Gold and i have supported with other various initiatives.
