T fromage transforme le lait en fromage de type pâte mi-dure, et fromage épicé en poivre rouge et poivre vert. Et nous produisons aussi des fromages fondu, yaourt brassé et beurres doux.

La Quantité du lait en contre saison ne satisfait pas au demande des clients. Et la qualité du lait change en fonction de la saison alors que cela a une impact sur le goût du produits.

Les produits de T fromage sont des produits a base de lait, Alors que a Madagascar la consommation en produits laitiers est encore base et c'est pour cela que nous avons décidé d'entrer dans ce domaine. Nos produits sont différents des autres produits au goût et à la fabrication

Nos principaux concurrents sont fromagerie FY, fromage Elli, fromage FI VATSY. Ce qui nous differences des autres c'est le type de nos produits nos fromages est de types gouda mais à pâte mi-dure, nos clients nous disent que sa resemble a peu près la même goût que le fromage de type reblochon
