SOLEAU, pour le moment, produit des fromages à partir des laits achetés auprès des paysans.

SOLEAU est une entreprise agroalimentaire qui collecte des matières premières auprès des paysans. Actuellement l'entreprise collecte du lait dans la commune rurale d'Ambohibary de la région du Vakinankaratra en produisant du fromage de type Gouda nommé SUNOR. Cette activité permet de rendre valeur à la filière lait de la région.

Vu que l'entreprise n'utilise pas des produits controversés pendant le processus de transformation, donc en utilisant ce produit, notre santé est respecté, le produit est sain et apporte plus de valeur nutritive qui pourra nous rapporter des énergies pour notre force. La qualité de ce fromage assure la qualité des produits proposés par ses utilisateurs comme les restaurants.

Soleau participera à la résolution de la pauvreté à Madagascar parce qu'il permet à création de l'emploi. Une fois l'emploi dans un pays est augmenté, l'économie sera dévélopper automatiquement. Le taux de chomage va se réduire.La création d'emploi va aussi réduire l'exode rural dans le pays. La population aura du travail à travers la valorisation du lait.
