RentMate is a real estate company that specializes in searching for free houses available to he rented and providing them to ternants who are in need of houses (customers) we also intend to collaborate with Hotels in hotel booking.

01.01 Describe your startup in more detail

As a continuation of what has been explained above,RentMate is presently located in Ngaoundere amd we intend to cover the three northern regions first because this digital service is not yet present up North we intend to provide our services in a Mordene and digital way by building a web and mobile application through which our potential customers can simply just download our app from play store and from the app they can see houses available in town including every information they need about the house such as (price, amenities, caution, and security) from our app also customers who need hotels will be able to book hotels of their choice without having to go there themselves.

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

We are solving problems such as Insecurity Poor treatment of tenants by house owners Exploitation of tenant Time management 1) INSECURITY My community has suffered from a number if kidnapping cases and this is because people go to neighborhoods they are not familiar with and end up in the hands of the wrong people POOR TREATMENT OF TENANTS. Many tenants today live in houses that are not comfortable and house owners care less about solving this problem because they know it will not be easy for tenants to see different houses and move out of theirs EXPLOITATION OF TENANTS Tenants are exploited by local housing agents and lamdlords as well because those tenants can't easily find different houses TIME Most people have little or no time to walk around in town asking for available houses because of very busy schedules

Our services have a number of benefits the most important being SECURITY People in need of houses won't have to go into insecure areas searching for houses but even at night they can search for houses using our application that will he installed on their phones TIME MANAGEMENT Workerd won't be oblaged to leave work and go looking for houses but they can simply search from our app or evennmake à command and we provide them houses that for the criteria they want BETTER TREATMENT OF TENANTS With our system house owners will take the management of their houses serious because it will be easy for people to find different houses and move out of houses that are not comfortable PRICING Our prices are significantly affordable to almost everyone and equally with our services functional tenants will have a wide range of choices to find cheaper and affordable house and with this house owners will moderate their pricing policy

We are targeting the age category in between 18 and 40 but our customers l base will include anyone still on rent, in search ofba hotel or university hoatel to rent.

The female goes by the name Vishugen Lois a very bilingual student studying han resource management at ISSTMADD. She has also served as a teacher for an academic year and has very good communication skills . The the second party is a group of investors called "The Brotherhood Ngaoundere" They are made up of 8 young men amongst which we have two developers, am account, a business man, Photographer/Designer and others. These men have the skills needed in different spheres of life to advance the company.

06.08 Justification for my startup

There are no companies providing the same services in the northern régions of the country which makes it an entirely new technology here This product responds to needs of inhabitants who are presently in need of living spaces Our product is a digital version of service that is presently being offered locally by local housing agents.

Our competititors are local housing agents but their services are too local. The fact that our customers can have our services at every time of the day from their smartphones and and even view media files as well as our lower prices makes us stand out from our competitors.
