Il s'agit d'un projet de création d'une semie unité moderne de transformation du gombo frais en poudre afin de proposer une poudre précuite multi usage , aux marchés camerounais . Elle sera vendu en sachet de 15g à 200,c 25g CFA, à 500fcfa 50g à 1000 FCF

KATIPRO est une entreprise Agro alimentaire basée à Yaoundé et spécialisée dans la l'agroalimentaire plus précisément dans la transformation du gombo en poudre en différentes saveurs ( nature, épicé, pimenté). Il s'agit d'une entreprise qui a vue le jour en 2023. Nous avons déjà commencé à produire la poudre de gombo en vue de tester le marché .

La rareté du gombo frais en saison sèche , et la réduction des temps de cuisson des consommateurs afin de leurs permettre d'avoir un produit également des mêmes caractéristiques que le gombo frais disponible en toute saison .

1) la poudre de gombo wall gombo est un atout dans la mesure où il est disponible en toute saison. 2) elle est facile à conserver dans le temps pour une période de 1 an 3) facile à cuisiner 4) disponible en plusieurs gammes de saveurs ( épicé, nature, pimenté) afin de faciliter le choix et les goûts de nos consommateurs et réduire les coûts d'achat
