EZIMA is an innovative application in that it delivers lessons in the form of 3D animation, creating a fun and entertaining environment to keep learners as focused as possible. This application is dedicated to students and teachers.

01.01 Describe your startup in more detail

EZIMA est une startup et en même temps l'application mobile développée par la startup. EZIMA a pour vocation de digitalser l'apprentissage des jeunes apprenants au moyens des technologies les plus accessibles (téléphones mobiles). Elle a aussi pour but de mettre sur pied une plateforme qui mettra en relation les établissements scolaires, les élèves, les parents d'élèves et les enseignants afin de créer une vaste communauté où chaque maillon pourra pleinement jouer son rôle avec la disponibilité de l'information en temps réel.

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

L'application mobile EZIMA mis sur pied par la startup va permettre premièrement, aux apprenants de suivre leurs cours grace à des contenus vidéos 3D animés, créant ainsi une sorte d'apprentissage ludique en maintenant au maximum la concentration des apprenants. Ensuite, elle sera d'un grand secours dans les zones en manque de personnel enseignant, ou dans les zones d'accès difficiles aux écoles (Grand Nord Cameroun en général). De plus, pour chaque notion abordée, des cas pratiques sont tirés de la vie courante pour permettre à l'apprenant de mieux cerner la pertinence de ses leçons et aussi de leurs apporter plus d'importance.

Gain en temps : les cours résumés de l'application EZIMA tiennent sur 5 minutes en moyennes. Nous insistons sur les points essentiels. Ainsi, En une heure de temps, l'élève peut comprendre et maitriser toutes les notions d'un vaste chapitre (ensemble de plusieurs leçons portant sur un même sujet) Facilité d'accès : Il suffit juste d'avoir un téléphone mobile android/ios et une connexion internet stable. Et le tour est joué. N'importe de quel apprenant peut acceder à la plateforme peut importe où il se trouve. Contenu personnalisé : Les cours vidéos sont élaborés selon le programme éducatif de chaque pays. Assistance en ligne 24/h24 : L'application dispose d'un robot intelligent pour répondre à toutes les questions 24h/24, ainsi que d'un forum pour approfondir les difficultés.

Les solutions existantes similaires à notre application sont des cours Youtube, soit filmés sur Tableau, soit filmé sur powerpoint et pas bien animés, et en général de longue durée, qui ne maintiennent pas la concentration et l'enthousiasme de l'apprenant.

06.09 Competitive Analysis

Nos principaux concurrents : L'application mobile Skolarr, la plateforme distance e-learning du MINSANTE Cameroun. Pour le premier, il pratique des prix très élevés pour le niveau de vie des apprenants des pays sous-développés ou en voie de développement d'Afrique. En plus ses contenus ne sont pas de bonne qualité. Pour le second, les cours sont très long (30 minutes en moyenne) et pas bien expliqués au niveau des apprenants.
