LeaderSchool est une jeune Startup, qui vise à façonner la prochaine génération d'enfants leaders entrepreneurs qui ayant acquis des compétences pratiques et utiles grâce à notre encadrement, seront des créateurs de richesses.

01.01 Describe your startup in more detail

LeaderSchool, est une star up basée au Cameroun, plus précisément à Yaoundé, qui existe depuis prêt de 3 ans et qui exerce ses activités dans les établissement, elle est constitué de 5 étudiants (3 filles, 3 garçons) d'une moyenne d'âge de 23 ans, d'horizon diverses et qui est actif tout au long de l'année à travers les congés et les vacances. Pendant c'est 2 périodes, nous encadrons les enfants dans 2 principaux domaines: Le leadership et l'entrepreneuriat a travers l'organisation des ateliers pratiques, des visites guidées en entreprise, des activités sportives, des jeux ludiques. A la fin de nos activités, nous organisons des journées portes ouvertes ou les enfants formés sur la base des compétences pratiques que nous leur avons inculqué, présentent leur projet en équipe, avec dans certains cas la ventes de certains de leur produits. En prêt de 3 années d'existences, nous avons déjà formé plus de 100 enfants, et apporter un réel impact économique et social dans notre environnement.

le problème principal que nous essayons de résoudre est le celui du caractère trop théorique de l'éducation des enfants, qui ne leur permet pas concrètement de développer très tôt leur potentiel, les empêchant ainsi de maximiser leur chance d'une rapide insertion socio-professionnel et potentiel entrepreneurial.

Les principaux avantages de l'utilisation de notre services sont: -l'éveil entrepreneurial des enfants leur bas âge -l'orientation socio-professionnelle et entrepreneurial des enfants -l'inculcation aux enfants des compétences -le développement du leadership des enfants
