Its a project aiming to build hybrid desalination plants that produces both water and electricity from sea water and natural gas. With limited CO2 emitted

01.01 Describe your startup in more detail

Its a project aiming to build hybrid desalination plants that draws high saline salt water to a gas powered boiler to create steam. The steam pressure is used to generate electricity. the steam is then cooled to produce drinking water . The boiler feed fuel is methane that undergoes pyrolysis through a reactor to become hydrogen which is a clean fuel and can be burnt safely without C02. .The company will be structured as a powerplant developper that will supply water and electricity to rural and diminished localities with the first iterations of the powerplant then power big cities in latter plans.. The main advantage of this technology is the output of 2 very useful utilities in one process rendering it very profitable

Limitted or no acess to water and electricity in many localities in cameroun and subsaharian africa as a whole

Providing electricity for local homes, schools, hospitals in my country deprived of energy and providing water for households. Improving energy production in the country and doing same for water production

The Direct consumers will be the water and electricity distribution companies. The final consumers will be the locals using the produced ressource

I kevin Mbella am a mechanial engineerwith experience in machine design and construction. Having built several food processing machines ( grindind, mixing ..etcwithin our engineering company Tchas and co Ltd. Ndjee Lionel my partner is a mechanical engineer as well with experience in mechanical fabrication in various companies

Our main competitors are local fossil fuel powered powerplants and the national water production company of cameroun. We stand out as our technology produces both fresh water and electricity cost competitively with limited C02 emission in a combined cycle
