Nous transformons la grainé de soja en lait frais fruité et nous souhaitons en faire une pluralité de produits notamment le beurre, du concentré de lait et même de la lécithine à partir de cette Graine

Alma food est une startup crée en novembre 2023. son premier produit sous la marquer "VITABON SOY MILK" est présent dans quelque grande surface et boutique de la ville de Douala. nous nous concentrons à la valorisation de la graine de soja en proposant au consommateur un lait frais fruité.

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

Nous essayons de résoudre plusieurs problèmes notamment donné aux populations une nutrition de qualité en leurs proposant un lait riche en protéines de qualité, en fer en oméga. Car de nombreux enfants au cameroun souffrent d'un manque de fer Accompagné également notre pays dans le processus d'import-subtitution. Crée des emplois en développant la filière soja

les avantage de consommer notre produit est déjà premièrement d'avoir une alimentation de qualité au travers des nombres nutriments que regorge cette graine. cette consommation abondante de notre produit vas également contribue à la réduction des quantités de lait et produits laitiers qu'importe notre pays. Tout ceci vas contribuer à la création d'emploi qui réduira le taux de pauvrette ceci au travers du développement de la filière soja au pays qui reste encore très embryonnaire

Notre produit s'adresse à toute les personnes enfants, adolescents adultes ( recommandés également chez les personnes malades exemple les personnes atteintes du VIH) car riche en protéines, minéraux et acides gras non saturé qui diminue le taux de mauvais cholestérol dans le sang

Elle est ingénieur de l'agro-alimentaire sortie de l'école nationale supérieure des sciences agro-industrielle (ENSAI). Un Master recherche et une thèse de doctorat en cours sur la planification des farine locales avec ajout de gomme local. Elle a obtenu Plusieurs stage au cirade en France, en Inde et actuellement travailler chez fruits d'or au Canada
