01.01 Describe your startup in more detail
Our software platform (Mobile app) connects buses, Cars, bikes, and businesses, creating an efficient delivery network that tracks packages from start to finish. We have a robust Relay point network due to our digital relay point technology, which helps Shops (SMEs) gain visibility on our platform which helps grow their sales and gain they commissions for every parcel that transit through their shop. We connect everyone who owns a vehicle or bike to our platform helping them optimize their daily routes by picking up and dropping parcels while generating revenue. Algorithms on our driver app giving us optimized routes which leads to cheaper rates for deliveries for our customers Automating end to end visibility of an entire parcel shipment.
01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?
People in Cameroon rely on passenger buses for Inter-Urban delivery and have for Urban delivery there is no formal company that offers the convenience our App offers to clients. Customers must travel to inconvenient, distant bus stations to ship/collect parcels. Long wait times, often exceeding 45 minutes, just to drop off a parcel, No real-time tracking or visibility of parcel status and location. No relay points that could enable more eco-friendly way of shipping parcels, reducing of gas emission to drive to and from agencies. Shipping rates are high.
01.03 Tell us the major benefits and/or advantages of using the product/service that your startup provides (at least 3).
We offer parcel tracking through our technology and RFID package scanning, automating end-to-end visibility on parcel shipping. Algorithms on our driver app giving us optimized routes which leads to cheaper rates for shipping/deliveries for our customers. We have a vast network of relay points, which help facilitate shipping for our customers and parcel reception. Due to our robust digital relay point network, customers are able to sent parcels in every corner of Cameroon in less than 1 min through our mobile app.
01.04 Please describe who exactly your startup’s product/service is aimed at serving. Who are the targeted beneficiaries?
B2C : We are a mass market product targeting every individual who has a parcel to sent in the same city in which they're in or to any city in other region in Cameroon. B2B: We target all E-merchants , by facilitating their everyday logistics needs, so they can focus more on their core business. We target SMEs to help with all their logistic needs,

We reduce carbon footprint by constantly growing our relay point network, which helps get closer to our users. This limits them from all having to drive or take a cab to bus agencies to ship their parcels. When they drop or pick up their parcels at our relay points it helps us reduce carbon emission, this is how we contribute to Cameroon's climatic goals.

Yes, we have an internal procedure for relay shops or drivers who want to join our network. We favor women applications to help give women financial freedom which helps them have their say in our economy through gender equality in Cameroon.
