Bambinosit.com is the first platform in Tunisia that connects parents with qualified nannies and babysitters. Using a geolocation system, it ensures proximity, trust (as the nannies and babysitters are selected based on a recommendation and rating system), and reliability, as they are chosen after undergoing interviews and online babysitting tests. Our Services: - Babysitting (occasional or regular care) - School pickup - Tutoring - Elderly care - Petsitting

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

Today, most parents have become increasingly active and often struggle to find time to care for their children. Nurseries and kindergartens are neither flexible nor secure enough to meet their needs. In Tunisia, maternity leave lasts only two months, adding to the challenge. There is also a trust issue when parents consider hiring an unknown person without verified references. Moreover, it is nearly impossible to contact an agency in the evening or outside of regular working hours. Service agencies tend to charge high fees that do not reflect the quality of service provided, and the profiles they offer are often unqualified or only selected based on their application. Additionally, many young female students are looking for jobs during weekends, evenings, or holidays to finance their studies.

I previously served as the vice president of the Young Women Entrepreneurs Club, where I led numerous initiatives to support and encourage aspiring female business leaders. Additionally, I regularly conduct workshops and seminars aimed at motivating and equipping women with the necessary skills and confidence to enter the workforce or start their own businesses. As an influencer on Instagram with a following of 40,000 women, I use my platform to share success stories, provide advice, and highlight the importance of female entrepreneurship. Through these efforts, I am committed to fostering a supportive and empowering environment for women in business.
