01.01 Describe your startup in more detail

We offer a solution for delivery companies that allow them to manage any type of delivery with a minimum cost of technology. The delivery methods that are provided are 3 : Home Delivery, Pickup Shops and Smartlocker Delivery. Video for Smartlocker : https://youtu.be/nWFpynThcBc This solution is accessible to any delivery business around the world, with a SaaS business model, it is highly scalable and based on commissions on every delivered parcel. At first we started as a delivery company that deliveres parcels to pickups shops and smartlockers, and then we decided to focus also on the technology and become the microsoft of Logistics in Tunisia and around the world, starting with Africa. This is where we started selling our software with SaaS Subscriptions, with smartlocker provided that we are planning to sell also.

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

When you buy something online, the only option that you get for delivery is Home Delivery. The problem is that you don't want your ongoing meeting to messed up, or you don't want to leave your child alone to go collect your parcel, let's suppose that you want to take a nap, it's gonna be complicated with the delivery man calling you several times. This is where we provided other delivery methods where you delivery man could deposit your parcel at the nearest pickup shop or smartlocker, you will receive an SMS and email, and once you're available, you can collect your parcel at anytime without dealing with the delivery companies issues. Our startup started providing delivering parcels to pickups. While starting a delivery business, building a tech platform that is scalable with multiple delivery methods is highly challenging, in Time (up to two years of development) and Cost (20k TND at least for a standard platform). Our startup provides also this software with a simple subscription.
