Our project is to imporove the energy effeciency in the industry leveraging the AI as well our industrial expertise , we will help to reduce downtime , improve production and reduce extra emission.

01.01 Describe your startup in more detail

-82% of companies are witnessing an unplanned downtime every year. -200B$ is the cost of unplanned downtime per year -60% of CO2 emissions is from energy industries. Unplanned downtime, leading to production loss and extra energy consumption and emissions in many industries. How to make the industry sustainable? We analyze equipment’s sensor data to create an AI model able to predict failure before happening so then avoid downtime and its consequences like loss revenue, extra emissions and maintenance cost. That is our predictive maintenance solutions. We are doing this differently : -We use only one sensor to offer two values ,we can reduce downtime and reduce energy consumption. Improve effieciency and sustainability by digitizing industry process.

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

-60% of carbon emissions from industry -80% of industrials they dont know the reason of Carbon emissions -Bad compliance to carbon emissions limitation -Delay on readiness to 2050 NET ZERO commitments -In the race to meet the 2050 NET ZERO targets , sustainablity is the main challenge for many industrials in different sectors in the the globe and especially in SAUDI . if they dont meet the Net Zera tax , TAX will be paid and their business may be stopped . So we need a solution as soon as possible as there is a KPI for 2030 , 2040 and 2050

-We use only one sensor (LOW COST FPR SME ) -to offer two values ,we can reduce downtime and reduce energy consumption (twp services) -we can predict safet incident so to improve safety. -Reduce maintenance costs

Teh adding value is to improve sustainability to help high emisions clients to improve the energy consumtion . Our target clients ARE : -Oil&gas ,mining and water utlitites . -high emission industrial process -SME needs to move to industry 4.0 with low cost solution
