Noba est une startup jeunes en cours de création jusqu'à aujourd'hui qui opère dans le domaine d'application mobile et qui a comme but la gestion efficace des files d'attentes et des queues.

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

Dans de nombreux salons de coiffure, cabinet médical, laboratoire d’analyse, station de lavage …… obtenir son tour peut souvent être une expérience chronophage et frustrante. Les clients sont contraints de se présenter en personne et d'attendre parfois des heures, ce qui peut perturber leur emploi du temps chargé. Noba offre une solution innovante à ce problème en introduisant un système de gestion de file d'attente à distance - se présenter en personne et d'attendre parfois des heures - Gestion inefficace du temps des clients. - perturbation emploi du temps chargé du client.

Pour les fournisseurs : - Gestion des flux de clients : Une solution précieuse pour optimiser la gestion des flux de clients. - Affluence : Évitement des pics d'affluence en introduisant un système de file d'attente à distance.

d'aprés les études réaliser la grande majorité de nos client exige la présence physique du client ou gère leurs files d'attente d'une manière classique

06.09 Competitive Analysis

Waitwhile et Qminder deux application mobile qui gère les files d'attente d'une manière classique il affiche les noms des clients dans une écran installé chez le fournisseur chose qui oblige les clients à se présenter pour prendre une place sur la ligne, et qui ne permet pas d'avoir une estimation précise du temps estimé pour leurs tour. Par contre NOBA permet aux utilisateurs de prendre une place sur la ligne a distance, avoir une estimation de temps précise.
