Yadag est une plateforme technologique de bout en bout qui permet de connecter les exploitants agricoles avec des ouvriers agricoles qualifiés, tout en valorisant le travail des ouvriers.

01.01 Describe your startup in more detail

Yadag est une stratup Marocaine qui permet aux agriculteurs de trouver la main d'oeuvre agricole qualifiée, et aux ouvriers agricoles de trouver des opportunités d'emploi autour d'eux. Grâce à un système d'évaluation, les ouvriers sont notés sur leurs performance et peuvent développer leur compétences avec des trainings ciblés. Nous avons développé un chatbot en intelligence artificielle qui permet de contacter les ouvriers, récolter les informations nécessaires, les informer des opportunités et leur envoyer des formations en ligne à suivre. Pour les agriculteurs, nous avons développé un outil SI RH qui leur permet d'onboarder leurs ouvriers, générer les contrats automatiquement grâce à une photo CIN, les noter...

Le problème principal auquel on s'adresse est pour les agriculteurs: la difficulté de trouver de la main d'oeuvre qualifiée, et pour les ouvriers: d'avoir des opportunités de travail tout au long de l'année, d'évoluer, de faire valoriser leur expertise et de les assister dans leur travail.

- Pour l'agriculteur: accès à des bases de données d'ouvriers qualifiés, de pouvoir communiquer avec eux grâce à un outil chatbot et de pouvoir gérer leur main d'oeuvre agricole. - Pour l'ouvrier; accéder à plus d'opportunités d'emploi, gagner des points pour leurs services, évoluer grâce à des formations, avoir un chatbot assister pour leurs questions sur les vergers.

Nous avons observé comment les ouvriers sont traités sur les mou9ef lots des pics de demande: ils sont mal traités, n'ont pas de marge de manoeuvre, sont à la merci de l'intermédiaire et du transporteur... Nous souhaitons ramener de la justice et de la décence dans ce process tout en faisant évoluer les ouvriers pour qu'ils soient plus performants.

Le milieu agricole est un milieu peu digitalisé, surtout quand il s'agit de main d'oeuvre agricole. Les ouvriers ne sont pas répertoriés, leurs expériences ne sont pas valorisées...

06.09 Competitive Analysis

Nos concurrents sont les transporteurs et intermédiaires. Ils ne sont pas efficaces et font énormément de spéculation lors des pics de demande de main d'oeuvre.
