Fitness and wellness in Ghana is dominated by brick and mortar businesses. Instead of encouraging people to go to the gym, we have made it our business to bring fitness and wellness to them at their place of work through fun and exciting workout routines

Instead of encouraging people to go to the gym, we have made it our business to bring fitness and wellness to them at their place of work through fun and exciting workout routines.

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

Regular exercise and physical activity contribute to body fitness and psychological health. Some well-known benefits of exercise include weight control and fight agaisnt some health diseases. However, data from WHO reveals that about 60% of the world‘s population is not physically active enough to induce these health benefts.
