01.01 Describe your startup in more detail
Career Builder GH. is born out of necessity to combat high unemployment rates in Ghana. Each year the Universities pump in a lot of Graduates and the Jobs relevant to their role of study are sometimes difficult to come by in their Job search. Career Builder seeks to create a major job site that brings job opportunities daily to the doorstep of every unemployed graduate. It seeks to help the Government in reducing the unemployment rate by posting daily jobs for Job seekers. Career Builder will help bring opportunities in the Private sector closely to every Job seeker. A notable Job site in Ghana is scarcely known. Career Builder will help Employers also easily post their vacancies as well as be open to a Database of Applicants readily available for the role. Job seekers will have the opportunity to create Profiles and Companies can easily access them and their CV's. For Job seekers it is to help with Unemployment 1. Career Builder gives access to vast Job opportunities, making it easier to find employment. 2. Time Saving: Job seekers can search and apply for multiple jobs in one place, saving time and effort. 3. Career Development: Career Builder GH. will offer expertise in resume building, interview preparation, and career counseling. 4. Increased Visibility: Job seekers can showcase their skills and experiences to a wide range of potential employers. For Employers 1. Access to a Database of Qualified Applicants: Career Builder GH. will connect employers with a database of qualified job seekers. 2. Streamlined Recruitment: Employers can manage Job postings, applications, and communicate feedbacks to applicants in one place. 3. 06.08 Justification for my startup
Career Builder GH. will serve as a Job Site and will have various Social Media Pages. This is partly new in Ghana as there are less than 2 notable Job sites in Ghana. The innovation I speak about has to do with the exposure and publicity it will take over Ghana with. 1. This innovation has to do with Job Candidates being able to upload their CV online and having regularly updated access to relevant Job Postings with push notifications in relation to their profile for Jobs of interest. 2. The innovation of Career Builder GH. will have to do with Coaching University Undergraduates and Graduates in their line of Study in relation to their Career before they Start their Careers. Just as the name implies, it will be a Builder. 3. The Innovation will be the stand-out Career Builder will have compared to any other inferior Job site. Advertisement and Publicity will be a great tool in captivating the unemployed to use our services, thereby building a large pool of Unemployed Databases.
