01.01 Describe your startup in more detail

Summer Innovation Solutions And Technology Hub (SISATH) is a growing force in the battle against climate change. Through innovation, efficiency, and a dedication to sustainability, SISATH is demonstrating that we can have a substantial beneficial influence. There is promise for a greener and more sustainable future for our world. We are currently working on initiatives that attempt to offset or even reach negative carbon emissions, direct air capture of carbon dioxide, and other novel means of removing greenhouse gases from the environment. These initiatives are critical to reducing the impact of human activities on the environment. We play an important role in increasing awareness about climate change. We are not only manufacturing sustainable products, but also educating people about the environmental consequences of their decisions.

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

The goal of SUMMER INNOVATION SOLUTIONS AND TECHNOLOGY HUB is to create low-cost clean energy-powered AgriTech solutions in order to enhance access to dependable, inexpensive, and sustainable energy technologies for smallholder women and youth farmers in Africa, hence increasing agricultural output and revenue. Small-scale agriculture in Africa has historically been rainfed, with little automation and headed mostly by rural women who have limited access to electricity for irrigation, crops, and agro-processing. Few automated systems rely primarily on fossil fuel-powered technology with significant energy costs. Clean energy access is a crucial driver of agricultural automation, productivity, and reducing drudgery among women farmers.

01.03 Tell us the major benefits and/or advantages of using the product/service that your startup provides (at least 3).

By avoiding the use of fossil fuels and lowering emissions of carbon dioxide and other climate-altering gases and particulate matter, Akosombo Junior is an energy source that significantly contributes to the fight against climate change. This counteracts pollution and the greenhouse impact. Similar to other environmentally friendly sources, the advantages grow with time as efficiency and performance rise, lowering expenses and having a less negative impact on the environment.
