Sa mise en place vise : A promouvoir et développer le secteur de la poissonnerie sur le marché sénégalais afin d’inciter au professionnalisme dans ce secteur A faire bénéficier aux Demi-grossistes une large gamme de poisson A créer des emplois pour la jeunesse et à booster leurs idées Sur l’entreprenariat afin de participer au développement économique et social post-crise du Sénégal. Les motivations du projet : Insuffisance des poissonneries pour le ravitaillement du marché local Manque de société de distribution et de commercialisation spécialisée dans ce secteur.

Notons que la ville de MBacké qui est une ville peuplée avec de nombreux atouts économique compte 2 poissonneries reparties dans toute la ville qui fonctionnent de manière informelle. Aussi la présence d’un nouveau dépôt plus dynamique sera un véritable soulagement pour les ménages qui rencontre de nombreuses difficultés d’approvisionnement quand on sait que cette activité est rentable sur le marché. La réalisation de ce projet va favoriser une approche concurrentielle auprès des poissonneries déjà existante offrant leur service aux ménages. Ainsi bien qu’il soit vrai que ces poissonneries ont une part de marché la présence physique et local de la POISSONNERIE BAGDAD, avec la qualité très selecte et les couts très bas de ses produits suivi de sa politique et stratégie commerciale vont lui permettre de s’acquérir une très grande part du marché local. Aussi le promoteur aura comme atout favorable pour la réussite et le développement de cette initiative son expérience et son savoir-
