I want to take this opportunity to build the biggest hardware business in an area i identified in a place called kiwenda.

The hardware will be the biggest along the gayaza rd because i realised there's more construction going on in those areas and there's less supply of building materials.

Since its still a less developed area, there's still farming activities taking place and the project will be equipped with farming equipment like hoes, irrigation equipment, rakes etc. This will encourage more people to engage in farming thus promoting agriculture and food security.

The business will provide building materials used to construct schools and renovate the existing school infrastructure aswell which promotes quality education. The business will provide loan services for building materials used in schools for members to start up school projects.

The business will employ both men and women for example employing women as cashiers and supervisors hence gender equality The business will support farmers who are both men and women.

I realised there's scarcity of building material supply and yet people are targeting the area to buy land in those areas

05.09 Who are your main potential competitors and what makes you stand out from them?

My main competitors are far away from my target area and the existing competitor is running a small scall business which cannot sustain the demand for products in the area.
