Treado is a project aiming at carrying out tyre re-treading on all worn out vehicle tyres to be re-used by motorists.

01.01 Describe your project in more detail

We shall procure machines from China or India where such projects are in position . We shall be using modern techinologies of tyre retreading , whereby we shall put back treads on old tyres on both small cars and trucks . Its cost effective and proven by experts . In countries where such projects have been implemented

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

We are solving the problem of " High cost of New tyres " and cleaning up environment , in Uganda old tyres have been dumped anywhere by motorists and they are endangering the environment.

01.03 Tell us the major benefits and/or advantages of using the product/service that your project intends to provide (at least 3).

1 reducing on the cost of importation of expensive new car tyres , we are looking forward to seeing people save by taking their tyres to be retreaded and used again . 2 . Cleaning up the environment : we are doing this by collecting all old tyres to be re used and clean the environment. 3 . Employment purposes : we setting up a full factory whereby men and women will come and earn employment. 4 Reduce on the problem of importation of goods : we are aiming at seeing part of money is kept within our economy.

The project will favour mostly Car and trucks owners whose tyres will be old . We shall re-tread them and be used again on roads .as it is in other countries

Musamba Micheal . Is the master mind of this whole idea. Kalanzi Fabian is an entrepreneur and a qualified accountant with a first class degree in Accounting and finance from Kyambogo Univerty. He has 5 years of experience in business management. Batega Santa Hall: shes a 24 year old woman will masters degree in Business Administration from Makerere University and more knowledgable about day to day running of a business

05.08 Justification

This techinolog is being used in other countries but not known here in Uganda but if we bring in this techinology it will be of great importance.

05.09 Who are your main potential competitors and what makes you stand out from them?

My potantial competitors are the companies which import new tyres but im planning on how to beat them by adding value on old tyres whereby car owners will find it easy and cheap re-tread their tyres and use them again.
