Describe your project or startup in a few words

A project to start up a kids daycare home. Where i can pick up the kids from home and take them back to the parents after work, Even parents with trips lacking where to keep the kids safely. From 6months upto 12 years.

01.01 Describe your project in more detail

My project, will be created in form of a daycare but the special part is, i pick up the kids and also tale them back to the parents. To enable them carry out day yo day work without stress of the kids. Even during holidays, kids from school are able to learn basic skills like cooking their simple meals, baking, organizing homes and can spend a day without a gadget like phones and tablets. Also help the kids complete the holiday packages in holidays. Therefore i will need teachers to give kids learning sessions. Am a mother of 3 kids and i have encountered challenges with kids upbringing, maids come and go. And when i decided to settle and care for them myself. We curbed infections, i can monitor their feeding and also manage their weekly menu. Through all this i have a dream to help working mothers and parents so that one has no stress even if he /she is to travel abroad for a week or two the kid will be in safe hands.

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

To enable parents have a quality home for the kids while trying to meet up the day to day work. We have less time for the kids, to help in the grooming of the kids. Learning of basic skills which are lacking in homes and schools. Holiday training and fun of the kids in absence of the parents. Easing parents to transport kids from door to door. Training kids and prepare them to join schools when so ready for school.

01.03 Tell us the major benefits and/or advantages of using the product/service that your project intends to provide (at least 3).

1. If a kid is picked and dropped back home. A parent will have ease and concentration. 2. Kids will be nurtured and groomed well since we are looking forward at teaching kids basic skills and knowledge especially for kids in holidays. 3. Helping parents that are to travel keep the kids, drop them at school, and care for them until the parents return.

01.04 Please describe who exactly your project is aimed at serving. Who are the targeted beneficiaries?

Parents most especially working mothers. Kids who have not yet started school. Parents with trips and worried how kids are going to be kept, he /she will find the kids.

Teachers. To train and help kids with learning and completing holiday packages. Nurses to keep around to see the well being of the kids and any kid on treatment to be given the right medicine and in its right time. Matron. To help keep the kids that are sleeping over. Cooks. To help in preparing the kids meals and snacks. Cleaners. To help keep our home clean, sanitized and tidy since kids are more prone to infections. Library of books Kids play area. Kids mini kitchen for learning. Vans and cars for trasportation.

A parent will fully engage in his or her work without worrying about the kids, a factor that has made most women quit work. But with my project, a person can full engage in working hence curbing poverty in my country.

If we can teach kids skills like farming, cooking, there is no way a farming will end and be neglected to go ahead in my country since a kids grows up loving farming. If a kid learns how to prepare his / her snack. They can not starve at anyone time.

Kids can be picked and dropped back home. Parents have less pressure on who to live the kids with. Kids can be picked and dropped to and from home.

05.09 Who are your main potential competitors and what makes you stand out from them?

Kindergarten schools. But my project is looking at a home to all kids from 6months up to 12 years and it will be in operation year in and year out since we can not close like schools for holidays

I help my neighbors to keep the kids incase they are away. My home is always open to kids to come and play.
