Our mission is to invest in the general well-being of the society. We want to ensure that every individual lives a comfortable and stress free life regardless of their economic, financial or family background.
01.01 Describe your project in more detail
We want to improve the general well-being of all individuals in the society through ensuring that each person sleeps or sits on a comfortable and durable bed, chair or table acquired at a relatively low let cost We shall fabricate flexible metallic beds, chairs and tables at maximum costs. The main objective of the flexible beddings is to solve the problem of limited beds especially in Government aided hospitals and Health centers in the rural areas. The beds will be able to spread and be folded back after use and even moved to another place with ease. Given majority of rural population sleep on grounds this is another problem we aim to solve including providing tables can are used to place food while eating. We shall manufacture chariots that will be pulled by domestic animals like oxen to ease transportation of good as well as people from one place to another. The main aim of these chariots is to ease transportation of pregnant women to nearest health facility. Water tanks too.
01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?
Growing up in the Rural areas of Kumi District Agurut village, I have witnessed that majority of the population lack beddings thus sleep on the floor. Also in Government aided hospitals and Health centers majority of the patients are receiving while resting in the floor due to limited beds in r health facilities. Expectant mother also have a problem of transportation to the nearest health facility especially in the time of need. School children sitting on the ground due to limited seats or desks. Storage of rain water is another problem we want to solve by manufacturing metallic durable water tanks. The refugees at camping sites finding it hard to sleep on the floor as well as store water during rainy seasons. There the project aims to bring solutions to the above so as to improve the well-being of individuals in the society. In general we aim to help the Government of Uganda solve the problems facing the rural communities.
01.03 Tell us the major benefits and/or advantages of using the product/service that your project intends to provide (at least 3).
Charcoal is a desirable fuel because it produces a hot, long-lasting, virtually smokeless fire. Combined with other materials and formed into uniform chunks called briquettes, it is popularly used for outdoor cooking.
01.04 Please describe who exactly your project is aimed at serving. Who are the targeted beneficiaries?
Schooling children in Government aided school wi h limited desks and seats will benefit as a result of our flexible chairs and desk, this will help them pay more attention and thus perform better. The patients receiving medication from Government aided who at time are forced to sit or sleep on the bare floor due to limited beddings. The refugees in camping sites who are forced to sleep or site on bare floor. The rural communities who find it hard to store rain water during rainy seasons. The farmers find it hard to transport their harvest to market places , with our durable and affordable chariots transportation will be eased. Expectant mothers at time meet difficulty in transportation to nearest health facility, with our chariots the problem will try to be solved.

Okipi Johnson Johnson is a 26 years old Accountant by professional and the brain behind the project. Grew up in rural areas and saw reality in the life of rural communities and there is so much committed to making a difference in the life of rural people. Malinga Peace. Peace is 25 year old from humble family background, also Accountant by professional. A strong advocate of female rights. Malinga Joseph. Joseph is 24 year old Social worker from Kumi district. He loves to see a society where everyone is treating fair, true and just. He always tries to find a solution of eradicating poverty in the rural communities.

02.01.02 No poverty - Justification
The project will provide employment opportunities to youth who are specialized in the fields we require to manufacture our products ab deliver services. Our products will be affordable and durable, thus is wil help the community afford to purchase or hire. The durability will helps the people save money that could have been used to buy or repair the products over and over again. Our products like chariots help ease transportation that could be costly to rural communities. Through eases transportation of harvest to nearest market by farmers cash inflows increase thus improve their standards of living. Water tanks being one of our products will help store rain water during rainy seasons for use especially during dry seasons this will help saved money and energy that could have been lost buying or ferrying water during dry seasons.

Water tanks being one of our products will help store water for use during dry seasons, this water can as well be used for crop irrigation thus help improve crop yield hence harvesting enough food for both domestic consumption and sale. The chariots as one of our products will ease transportation of harvest to nearest markets for sale hence food availability. These will also be useful for transportation of water from sources for domestic use.

The patients receiving medication from Government aided hospitals are often stressed as a result of sleeping on floor due to limited beddings. However with success of our project this problem will be solved where the attendants have options either to buy or hire our flexible metallic beddings. The comfort the patients receiving due to sleeping and resting on our bedding can reduce stress and aid quick recovery. The storage of water in tanks will ensure availability of water during dry seasons that will be used for many domestic activities including drinking and cooking. Drinking water often in dry seasons will keep body healthy. The fabricated chariots also ease transportation of farmer harvest to market as well save the human energy that could have been used to in turn. Continuous supply of food to Market with ease lead to availability of various food in market this balance diet provided to customers hence goo d health.

02.04.02 Quality education - Justification
Along the way the project aims at training and skilling the youth who willing with consent accept to join our project. The various skills like metal fabrication, cutting, folding and welding wil be taught to those who are willing. We shall also educate the public on how best to use and maintain our products. The flexible beddings, chairs and tables not forgetting water tanks and chariots all need basic education and guidance to the end users before final usage. Water tanks users need to know who rain water trapped, collected, preserved and stored over a given period of time. We shall also provide basic education on how to maintain and service our products Incase of any defaults.

Our project will not discriminate any individual at anyway but rather promote gender equality in the project. With Malinga Peace as the director and company Secretary, we shall need to encourage more women to join the project with aim of gaining employment or skills that will hope them to earn a living so as the improve on their standards of living. We try as much as possible to ensure that there is rational gender equality in the project from the top to bottom management and process of the project.

Well, fabricated water tanks will help store clean rain water during rainy seasons for use in dry seasons, this helps provide clean water as opposed to dirty water that is often common in dry seasons due to dust, soil and waste blown by wind into to open water sources. The fabricated flexible beddings and chairs also helps maintain maintain in the households. The beds and chairs being flexible can easily spread for use and be folded back after use, movable from one area to another thus is helps ease cleaning of the household since the bedding is moved from one area to another to enable cleaning of the required area. Sleeping on bed and sitting on chairs helps keep the individuals clean since lacking the beds and chairs makes them sleep or sit on floor thus get dirty. The mobility of these beddings also ease general cleanup of hospitals when necessary.

We plan to fabricate cooking stoves that are environmental friendly and energy saving so as to reduce the amount of money that could have been used to buy a lot of fuel/energy to operate the stove. The stove will contain clay inside that will store heat energy for a longer period of time even after the fire has gone off.

The project working conditions shall meet the acceptable standards of works and conditions set by the set. For example provision of protective gears to workers on site, provision of health breaks among others. We strive to set a considerable wage for our workers paid on weekly basis to motivate and improve on their standards of living. We are aiming to see our project grow to be more competitive in the industry by providing durable and affordable products to clients by engaging in public and private procurement and bidding so has to widen our market base income to generate more income through sales.

We want to strive to see that we employed the best skilled staff that come up with innovative and new products.

05.08 Justification
Our project products will be flexible, durable, and affordable. The problem of limited beddings in government aided hospitals and limited seats in Government aided schools will be solved through this projects. Our products are so unique that once in place it will the general well-being of the community people especially the rural communities will improve.
05.09 Who are your main potential competitors and what makes you stand out from them?
The current Furbrication business are my current competitors but due to the innovation idea that our project has, we believe we shall be able to stand out and beat them . The flexibly, durability and affordability of our products due to good quality will make us successful and overcome competition in a long run.
10.06 Are you initiating actions within your community to promote the role of female entrepreneurs?
Encourage and mentor them by offering advice and mentorship can be incredibly helpful. Many women entrepreneurs are still trying to find their footing and any guidance and encouragement you can offer can make a big difference. This could be anything from sharing your own experiences to offering advice on specific challenges they're facing. One way is to provide them with access to resources and networks. This includes connecting them with other successful female entrepreneurs, providing information on available resources (such as grants and loans), and offering advice on how to navigate the entrepreneurial landscape.
