Describe your project or startup in a few words
Everyone is Creative is a campaign that harnesses scientific brain research to unlock potential and foster students' problem-solving skills through fun and engaging teaching methods.
01.01 Describe your project in more detail
Through the "Everyone is Creative" campaign, we aim to prepare students for future work with the hope that they solve problems of the world by equipping them with creative and problem-solving skills. The program is based on scientific research on neuroplasticity, the brain's ability to adapt and restructure itself, and also the specific functions of different brain hemispheres in fostering creative thinking. The campaign consists of three key modules administered over 30 hours in an academic year as an after-school activity that interested parents of students pay for. The modules include; promoting a growth mindset in a fun way using an invented board and card game called POSSIBLE: World of Mindsets, using engaging drawing exercises to unlock right brain design thinking skills, and advocating for learning spaces that nurture creativity. The goal is to cultivate students who are resilient lifelong learners capable of facing challenges with creativity.
01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?
The main problem addressed by the "Everyone is Creative" campaign is the limiting belief that creative and problem-solving skills are innate and cannot be developed. The campaign aims to nurture creative potential in students, proving through scientific research and practice modules that these skills can be cultivated in everyone to solve world problems and improve human life quality.

05.08 Justification
"The 'Everyone is Creative' campaign is a project aimed at equipping students with problem-solving skills at an early age, unlike other initiatives that focus on creativity later in life. Nurturing creativity early on provides a strong foundation for lifelong learning. The campaign also leverages brain research emphasizing the brain's ability to adapt and change, which reinforces the idea that creativity can be cultivated intentionally. Furthermore, the organized models(growth, creativity and space design awareness) of the campaign are made fun and memorable for students; for example, the invented board game and the game POSSIBLE: World of Mindsets demonstrates the consequences of fixed and growth mindsets.
05.09 Who are your main potential competitors and what makes you stand out from them?
Our main competitors are startups offering skill development and training services. What makes us stand out is our research and inventiveness in delivering the three-module course of the 'Everyone is Creative' Campaign that equips students with problem-solving skills. For example, we invented and are in the process of patenting a board and card game called POSSIBLE: World of Mindsets, which helps us teach complex psychological research of a growth mindset in a fun and engaging way. In terms of research, we base our module content on works of proven authors for various modules.
10.06 Are you initiating actions within your community to promote the role of female entrepreneurs?
Yes. The campaign's message that everyone is creative challenges stereotypes which promotes equality in creative and intellectual pursuits. This therefore lays a culture that appreciates the potential of female entrepreneurs. Considering in-house administration, we were also intentional in supporting female entrepreneurs by having a female as the vice lead of the 'Everyone is Creative' campaign.
