Describe your project or startup in a few words

Soap making is my idea that comes after not seeing any future after getting employment, finding a thing that will make me earn money and generating my own employment and other people comes as a dream. This project aiming to produce a multipurpose soap.

01.01 Describe your project in more detail

The project is all about soap making, planning to start a min-industry of soap making. The total cost of starting this business is 30,000,000/= which is divide in 4 portion which are: 15M for buying soap making machine, 5M for transportation of machine and installation, renting a house as a area for production, and buying office chairs and office planning, 5M for buying materials and chemicals for soap making, last 5M for packaging, advertisement and initial running cost. This project despite of being my source of income and reason to seek about employment will be also a solution of unemployment to about more than 10 people(boys and girls) who will be employed as active full time personnel. Am planning to locate my business at KATAVI region where there is no any local soap making industry thus this will bust my business as i will be capable selling my product near people around my region and conquer the market as they will not need to go far so as they will buy soap for their shops.

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

Through this business am intended to solve the following problems; 1. Shortage of employment, as the project will employ more than 10 personnel which now has no job and help them to earn money for their basic needs. 2. Improvement of Sanitation to the community, as I will be making multipurpose soaps which will be used in different areas for sanitation. example washing hands, cleaning toilets, washing clothes. This will also reduce the spread of diseases to the community. 3. Contributing in my nation development, as i will be paying taxes that goes direct to the government and contribute to the national development. through this I will be proud to be among of those who fight for the sake of development of my nation, Tanzania 3. Converting the mindsets of majority of youth, as many of youth cry about employment but they exclude themselves on the battle of solving the unemployment problem. I will be open to any other person who will be in need of learning on how to any money.

01.03 Tell us the major benefits and/or advantages of using the product/service that your project intends to provide (at least 3).

Advantages of using my products; 1. Sanitation Purposes 2. Reducing skin deceases, as i will also be making pure natural medicated soap especially for skin problems.

01.04 Please describe who exactly your project is aimed at serving. Who are the targeted beneficiaries?

My targeted beneficiaries; 1. At start I targeted my region KATAVI as I didn't see any other soap making center all over the region so I take this as a opportunity to me if i will be able to make quality soap this mean i will conquer the market. 2. targeted group is the group of ll people kind, from people with low income to that will high income as we all need soap as its a major means for sanitation and we all do sanitation to ourt homes even in our offices.

Azam, Mo, Starwash, Cresoft, Foma I 100% sure i can stand out from them because am going to solve the problem of easy availability of the product, despite of going far to buy the product they will be able to get it around their territory.
