Is a system that connects users with different health challenges that sits at home to request health services givers while staying at home, Also enable users to check clinic schedules at facilities, booking appointment, medical tourism and other segments

01.01 Describe your project in more detail

Click2Visit as name suggests, is a mobile app powered system that helps to connect between health providers with their clients at home, it enables users with different health challenges that sits at home to request health services (requesting health service providers) to attend while staying at home, It also enable users to find and view clinic schedules at different facilities and make appointment at their convenient time. Enable users who are looking for different medical service that are not provided within their respective countries to get connected to other countries with the best health services (Medical Tourism). It enable users to find and locate the best rated health facilities, best rated health care providers and others top rated health related services. Enable users to request for nearby ambulance services in their home when needed or in case of emergency. Also enable users to locate nearby pharmacy services and also be able to request for non-prescriptive medical items

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

The challenge of accessing medical services to clients that sits at home (not able to move to health facility or find it incovenient to attend to health facility at given time). Challenge of finding the best facility for certain type of clinic, knowing the timetable schedule of the clinics and also give access to make appointment (book) at convient time to attend for the specific clinic. Challenge of locating the nearby ambulance service in case of emergence or when timely required. Challenge of finding the best health facility outside of the country for specific health challenge, include requirements, arrangements and respective logistics. Challenge of requesting and delivery of non-prescriptive medical items like Condom, body lubricants, hygiene pads, contraceptive pills and other items of like in a situation that is required and not easily accessible. It also gives healh care providers the platform to earn money as side job after their normal work routine (Improves welfare).

01.03 Tell us the major benefits and/or advantages of using the product/service that your project intends to provide (at least 3).

Minimizing the hustle of visiting health service for the services that can be provided at your convenience place (such as syringe admission, wound dressing, elder care, excercises). Be able to find and book appointment for the spefic clinic at your convenient time without going physically at the facility and minimizing the time of staying at facility queues waiting for the service, complete the initial process of acquiring medication while at your place. Minimizing the hustle of locating the nearby pharmacy while you want to get non-prescriptive medical items or when you have prescription but you dont know where to get the prescribed items. Increasing welfare of health care providers since they will be credited when providing services to their clients, as well increasing revenues for the facilities for the process of appointment scheduling and attend clients for different clinics. Avoiding the process of manually locating ambulance service in case of emergency / when immediately need.

01.04 Please describe who exactly your project is aimed at serving. Who are the targeted beneficiaries?

1. Medical practitioners: These are the one of the targeted group in this system since they are the one who provides medical consultation to the clients, they are benefiting by earning money once they attend to their clients, This group includes specialists, nurses, mid wives and others of health related profession. 2. Health facilities: Since the system allow the process of online booking of clinics, enables the increasing of revenue of health facility and managing clinic queues. 3. System users (Client): Enable users to receive medical services at their home, making online appointment for clinic at facility, avoiding long queues at health facilities and requesting for ambulance, non-prescriptive medical items and also locate nearby pharmacies. 4. Pharmacies and ambulance services provider: Exposing and connecting their services to a large group of clients who requires their service at a given time and hence increases their revenues.

Patrick Wilson Mwayinga, a software developer skilled on Quality assurance Testing, Software development using different technology including MySQL, Java, Spring Boot, PHP, Laravel, Angular and Typescript based development languages. Professional Experience on: 1. Development of laboratory management system for Health Management Information System (HMIS) with integration between laboratory equipment. 2. Development of health facility community shop using different system development technologies. 3. Development of DHIS2 module for integration between HMIS with DHIS2. 4. Development of Pharmacy management system equiped with point of sale with messaging service and payment gateway integration.

1. The project contribute to good health since it provide the platform for the people with different health challenges to receive medical treatment at their home through home visit services and hence promotes good health and well-being. 2. Also enable users to make appointment at health facilities at their convenience time, this improves Turn Arround Time (TAT) for the clients at the health facilities, avoid long queues at service points and hence improves well-being of the clients while attending for certain service at health facility.

05.09 Who are your main potential competitors and what makes you stand out from them?

There is a lot of mobile based platform that provides service of the same, but most of them are not providing the solution for home visit, providing access / connection to ambulance services in case of emergency, access to pharmacy services, request of non-prescriptive medical items, access of viewing and ability to make booking for a specific facility clinic at a client convenient time, most of these features are not provided by other platform of the like and hence make this platform more stand out from them.

10.06 Are you initiating actions within your community to promote the role of female entrepreneurs?

Yes, the platform initiates action within the community to promote the role of female entrepreneurs, since it provides the opportunity to female health practitioners such as nurses, doctors and mid-wives to have side-job after their normal work routine and hence this can be termed as side job or enterpreneurship since they provide them with after work jobs.
