FundiExpo (Fundi Express) is a platform giving individuals ability to find a technician of any kind from their surroundings through their phones and computers viewing the services and prices and request for it.

FundiExpo (Fundi Express) is a platform giving individuals ability to find a technician of any kind from their surroundings through their phones and computers. Its very confusing once you have a problem and in need of a technician and you don’t know where to find one. The platform will be through mobile application as well as a web application and a website. A client will be able to allocate different forms of technician, the cost for the services and once the client is good with the price he/she can request for the technician. At FundiExpo the client will be able to write the kind of technician needed and then search for available personnel and then hire the technician. Since we need someone we can trust with our belongings, then FundiExpo will be the best place for individual to find what they need. The platform will not only provide technician according to your needs but it will also display the possible amount of money to be paid as the cost for service.

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

There is a different between being in a problem that you know the solution and being in a problem that you don’t know anything about the solution. Think it this way that you’re in a boat and its about to drown and you don’t know what to do. Here comes the need of a person that knows the answer and solution to the problem. We call then technicians (Fundi in Swahili). Take this as a case you have a problem that need a technician and you know where to get one, that’s a big miracle right now comes FundiExpo a place where you can find any technician you need and obtain one as fast as possible with trust and best service. Without predicting the cost for the service, FundiExpo will give you a room to know the cost for the service and even negotiate with the individual. Imagine you’re on the road and the car broke and you don’t have a person to call for fast assistance, FundiExpo will provide you with a technician as soon as possible and know the price, the location and duration of service.

While using the service from FundiExpo here are the benefits of the products. 1. The technicians will have a space to showcase their services and works without having a office, this will give the unemployed technicians ability to find works and obtain a living within their environments. 2. Minimize the stress of individuals to think of where to find a technicians once facing a challenge or a problem in their environment. Imagine your travelling and facing a problem and not knowing where to find a technician using our platform will be of great help. 3. Increase the trust and money saving, at FundiExpo the individual will be able to view the services, costs of the services and duration of the technician to reach the working place. 4. Maximize government revenues, since the transaction will be done through mobile networks and internet money the government will obtain best revenues.

FundiExpo focus on the all types of groups who require the services. In FundiExpo the users of the platforms are all individuals who need the services and the technicians who also need to earn incomes and provide services. The users will be able to obtain the services they need and the technicians will provide the services to their clients and customers. Since the great numbe rof people in the rural areas are using smartphone then every individual who has a smartphone and computer will be able to use the platform.

Our project is unique and has innovative features thats include a chance to search for what you want, ability to pick from a variety list of best individuals, able to see the location of the technician, the cost for the service as well as the time to complete the tasks. After this the individual will be able to request for one and know the time of arrival, call the individual from the platform and mobile network, pay using mobile money and banks and be able to comment and rate the work. The most innovative part is that the client will be able to provide the feedback, be safe both physically and financial and able to view the documents before even hire the technician for his/her job. The technician will also be sure of obtain jobs from across the area, be able to monitor his/her incomes as well as get a chance to obtain best protective gears.

Our competitors are the service stations, other applications and allocated service points. They do provide the services but ours is more unique, innovative and more engaging this is because our FundiExpo 'Fundi Express' provide a huge room that enable people to use the platform, easy access and more friendly. Our project is unique and has innovative features thats include a chance to search for what you want, ability to pick from a variety list of best individuals, able to see the location of the technician, the cost for the service as well as the time to complete the tasks. After this the individual will be able to request for one and know the time of arrival, call the individual from the platform and mobile network, pay using mobile money and banks and be able to comment and rate the work. The most innovative part is that the client will be able to provide the feedback, be safe both physically and financial and able to view the documents.

Yes, with different projects I encourage many different individuals especially women to become the best of themselves in entrepreneurship as well as provide trainings on entrepreneurship and digital usage.
