As the Managing Director, he ensures high productivity and budget adherence, leveraging his technical proficiency in management information systems. Samwel Musiba, a seasoned accountant since 2003, brings strategic financial insights to the table, honed through roles like Risk Manager and Head of Finance & Collection. Geoffrey Swai excels in sales, business development, and leadership, while Amani Ndoroma leads in marketing and IT, with a focus on innovation and digital campaigns. Rose Mgallah, a solicitor specializing in mediation and arbitration, adds legal expertise and academic achievements to the team, having managed her own law firm previously.
