Our mission is to revolutionize the drone industry in Tanzania by providing unparalleled training, consultancy, and support services. We aim to empower individuals and businesses to leverage drone technology for enhanced productivity and innovation. and our vision is to be the leading drone consultancy and training provider in Tanzania, fostering a community of skilled drone operators and businesses that drive technological advancement. In the future, we aspire to establish a state-of-the-art drone fabrication industry in Tanzania

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

I am trying to solve the rising Un employment crisis in Tanzania and furthermore to leverage and elevate the integration of technology into complex tasks by making them seamless and streamlined. with this we can invoke the use of drones in the likes of Agriculture at a mass scale, thermal sensing and mapping of Mines and solar panels in industrial areas, detecting drainage problems, waste and sewage problems prone areas and initiating proactive solutions rather than being reactive lastly is surveillance of crime prone areas in urban areas and mapping them hence ensuring environmental tidiness, Job Creation, skills development, integration of industries boosting national revenues and overall enhancement of technologies in Tanzania.

01.03 Tell us the major benefits and/or advantages of using the product/service that your project intends to provide (at least 3).

Amongst the three advantages one is to create awareness of the drone legal frameworks set by the government in Tanzania and channel licensing hence developing a legal compliance mindset to end users. secondly is skills development through our Training and consultation programs. lastly is job and career creation for individuals like me who are struggling to find substantial employment opportunities since if my idea works intend to also make a hub for drone fabrication in the future here in Tanzania.

01.04 Please describe who exactly your project is aimed at serving. Who are the targeted beneficiaries?

The project is aimed at integrating drone usage and activities to serve several activities such as agriculture, survey, surveillance, 3d mapping, filming and thermal sensing hence boosting efficiency for all personnels in those targeted industries through our training programs, consultations and business development support. this will make all those targeted industries to re-engineer their business processes in ways that have not been done before thus yielding optimum results. with that being done the Government, our company Stakeholders and the end users will all benefit and even further the people that lack employment and the environment will be also a segment that benefits the employment of drones in these various sectors.

The Male partner involved has 8 years of working experience embodying skills like Customer Management skills, Excel, leadership, teamwork, data analysis and digital transformation skills. The female partner has 30 years' experience and It's where the initial capital is raised the main skills are Leadership, Data Clerk, Tally Accounting and Human resource Management

The End Goal is to create a drone fabricating Industry in Tanzania knowing that the company has to start somewhere this is the channel that seems fit to go with I believe in the long run to achieve the goal of the project mass employment opportunities will be created that will boost revenue at the family level hence alleviating poverty and boosting skills, also if the project is successful setting up charities to educate and give back to the community is an essential integrity and spirit of the company.

I believe the project will introduce means of streamlining processes that are not being done currently in Tanzania and will create a new platform of data points and opportunities by using drones effectively.

In Tanzania this will be the first Business Idea of this manner the present competitors are mainly focused on just licensing clients nothing more no training or bootcamps are involved..

Yes, one is by supporting the female friends i know in their businesses, secondly is involving women in some of my projects, thirdly is supporting small Businesses run by women be it food or vegetables.
