The Project is "Specialized Hospital and College", due to the need of specilized services in my Country and My region coupled with employment challenges in my Country this project will squeeze the health services to the citizens and affordable

The Specilized Hospital and College Project aims at Making the specialized services to be available to most of the citizens around Geita Region in Tanzania, this Region has a population of more than

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

The Problem with assessibility to the specilized Health services will reduce the Morbidity and Mortality, as in this Region no Neurosurgeons, Orthopedic Surgeons, Plastic Surgeons, Maxillofacial Surgeons, Cardiothorqcic Surgeons. So we see sometimes we have patients who need urgently specilized services and will need to travel to Mwanza about 180km crossing Lake Victoria to seek such specilized Services, and this rendering to disability during transporting to a such long distance. Also not everyone can afford travelling to a such Long distance seeking for specilized services, so having such services in this region will encourage not only people attitude to seek Medical Care but also to help them in regarding to financial status of these people in this particular area. Also employment opportunity to people and College will provide an inspiration to juniors to be interested in the medical field.

01.03 Tell us the major benefits and/or advantages of using the product/service that your project intends to provide (at least 3).

1. Availability of Specilized Services to People. As people will no longer need to travel a long distance seeking for such services as they will now be available around them. 2. Employment opportunity. As has beens stipulated that the project aims at employing not less than 1,500 people, so this project directly provide opportunities to employment, not only to people living in this Region but to Tanzanians and sometimes Africa. 3. Increasing the Number of Health training institutions in the Country. The role of any Health institution is to impact the Generation with the Knowledge, the young generation should be impacted with this knowledge from the Seniors. 4. Finally it will increase financial opportunities to people around this Project as the population will increase, the cash flow also will increase, more other services will be needed to accommodate the increased number of individuals (workers, patients and students).
