01.01 Describe your project in more detail
LEALA BIOFERTILIZER is a project aimed to produce a biofertilizer by locally materials. The produced fertilizer is more effective on the farmland and affordable to the farmers. Further more the project will provide education to the farmers on how to produce the biofertilizer
01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?
There are three main problem this project aimed to solve; 1. The project aimed to reduce the cost of farming because organic fertilizer is so expensive such that many farmers do not afford hence they get little produce on their fields 2. Improving soil fertility, many areas around southern Highlands the soil is infertile due continuously use of inorganic fertilizer, poor farming methods and overgrazing 3. Providing education on how to prepare organic fertilizer and maintaining soil fertility

The following are the major benefits of the project; 1. Increasing farm produce 2. Improving and maintaining soil fertility 3. Reducing the cost of farming by applying organic fertilizer instead of expensive inorganic fertilizer 4. Increasing the income to the farmers due to high farm yield and less running cost.

The LEALA BIOFERTILIZER will be produce using organic matters and 10% of readily inorganic fertilizer
05.09 Who are your main potential competitors and what makes you stand out from them?
The main competitors are the whole suppliers of inorganic fertilizer, i will stand out of them due to the following 1. Organic fertilizer is less expensive compared to the inorganic fertilizer 2. Working hand to hand with farmers that is farmer can prepare materials and we will! Work together to prepare fertilizer 3. Organic fertilizer last long on the field does not need to be applied every season or it it applied once per piece of land. 4. Organic fertilizer is more effective to improve soil fertility hence more produce.
