Describe your project or startup in a few words

Aims to enhance the academic performance of the nation. By equipping students with practical skills .This will be done by leveraging University students to fill the gap of peer relationship between teachers and students.

01.01 Describe your project in more detail

This project relies on contribution support from University students, form four and form six leavers who will be able to impact an academic level to students especially government students so as to increase the performance of the nation. However this will include mentorship and training programs to students to build them with soft skills and digital advancement skills.Inorder to meet the market demands.

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

I'm trying to solve the problem of poor academic performance especially to government students excluding special schools.We as through volunteering teaching will improve to raise the number of students attending advance level and higher education. This will raise the country with academicians and through equipping basic skills prepare students in STEM technology system.Thus digital development and competent based students.

-it will improve the number of literacy people within the country by improving the academic performance thus having more intellectuals rather than most of students endup being vendors due to academic failure. -Increase the STEM technology within the country. -Preparing university students to leave beyond and contribute back to the society. Thus they'll also be able to meet their daily bases.

01.04 Please describe who exactly your project is aimed at serving. Who are the targeted beneficiaries?

The beneficiaries will be students who are facing shortage of teachers challenges from primary to secondary level. University students and competent form four and six leavers who are willing to offer their time they'll be provided with daily income so as they can keep on delivering.

Both partners are University students pursuing Bacheor in Actuarial Sciences at University of Dar es Salaam.Botg are equipped with good communication skills ,programming and ability to deliver beyond standards.

Aims to solve academic challenges to students studying in government schools who mostly are from poor family background and they depend on what is taught in school.only.Most of their parents have no ability to access peer to peer teaching sessions.And this project will provide financial assistance to teachers who'll volunteers to make their University ife somehow affordable hence this project contribute to No poverty goal.

As this education program it will consist with mentorship and training projects as it will assist individuals with social skills.This will reduce early pregnancy and other STDS whereas some of the female university students have to engage themselves I'm sexual activities to gain money to support their education.

05.08 Justification

It's innovative since mentorship programmes to school are being provided seasonal.But this programme aims to improve performance to struggling schools by meeting demands of students who can't be supported academically due to shortage of teachers and financial constraints.

05.09 Who are your main potential competitors and what makes you stand out from them?

Tutoring companies but what makes me stand out of them.is to meet students who are un able to access mentorship programmes due to financial constraints as many of Tutoring sessions are affordable with international and English medium students .How about the remaining students who to help them out.Thus I came with this project to equipped students with basic STEM skills for innovation of new ideas and improving the literacy rate of the country as we can groom.potential careers from them.
