IntelliLiving focuses on residential spaces equipped with advanced technology that allows homeowners to control various systems and appliances remotely or automatically. These technologies use the Internet of Things (IoT) to enable communication between devices, creating an interconnected and efficient living environment. The aim is to enhance comfort, convenience, security, and energy efficiency. Example of appliances and services Alarm Systems: Refrigerators with Built-in Cameras: Voice Control Integration Smart Blinds and Shades Lighting Control Smart Heaters and Air Conditioners This project is focused on existing homes, New homes and apartments planned to be built. Level of technology and integration will depend on the client needs. It will involves different stages depending on the requirement. But the general steps will be as follows: 1. Assess and discuss client needs 2. Installation and programing 3. Maintenance and ongoing support

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

The main problem IntelliLiving aims to solve is the lack of integration, convenience, and efficiency in traditional home setups. Many homes, especially older ones, do not have the advanced technology to support modern lifestyles, resulting in inefficiencies, higher energy costs, and inadequate security. Additionally, managing multiple home devices separately can be cumbersome and time-consuming. IntelliLiving addresses these issues by providing a comprehensive solution that integrates various smart devices into a cohesive system. By utilizing the Internet of Things (IoT), we enable homeowners to control lighting, security systems, appliances, and more from a single interface, typically via a smartphone app or voice commands.
