DUTIFY OFFLOADING SERVICE
Describe your project or startup in a few words
DUTIFY is a comprehensive service platform that caters to both emergency services and daily service needs by effectively combining these two categories. DUTIFY as our name stands aims to cater for your duties and help solve emergence requests.
01.01 Describe your project in more detail
Our Dutify model is primarily focused on starting out an insurance card that can also be accessible to low income individual and allows them to pay on an installment basis plan but also providing immediate Emergency response to save lives and prevent dangerous circumstances & un-lawful acts from occuring providing safety to the civillians. And lastly leveraging service provision to other servicing companies responsible for a particular service solely on the category of Daily demanded services needed by mass population and then charging a commission from being registered under the umbrella of DUTIFY. The Emergency services will be provided by our own DUTIFY trained personnel team due to the sensitivity of different scenarios and each request will be approached with caution and with immediate response to improve welfare and the betterment of the population and most importanly saving lives.
01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?
1:Normally when a person gets an accident there’s no immediate response to rush the individual to the hospital but also there’s a bureaucracy of no individual will be admitted to the hospital and start to be treated if you don’t have the RB(report book)receipt from the police 2:Most insurance don’t cover surgery costs and people end up dieing due to the fact that they can’t afford such but also medication is excluded in insurance packages. And the only thing that the insurance covers is cost of visiting a doctor and treatment of few communicable diseases like Malaria 3EMERGENCY SECURITY GUARANTOR It doesn’t guarantee cost of an ambulance,it doesn’t guarantee both mortuary preservation and washing for the deceased. It doesn’t give you a pass transfer for you to be transferred into another hospital incase of unsatisfied services but rather the whole burden is placed on your own expense. And in most cases low income individuals don’t have beddings to sleep or they’re kept in open wards
01.03 Tell us the major benefits and/or advantages of using the product/service that your project intends to provide (at least 3).
1: It will offer job creation on both genders(Men & women) as all the individuals have equal access and opportunity to work without favouritism. 2: It has a high degree of sustainable development because it ensures both Economic and social wellbeing as it will offer continous revenue streams to the servicing agencies but at the same time save lives and improve welfare of the people. 3: It will also guarantee safety of the people and their belongings in their residing environment. 4: It will also give equal chances in medical field. Every human being has the right to be treated regardless of his/her income. So permanently alleviating income gap between people. 5: It has a high growth potential because it can be scaled easily onto other countries where there’s absence of these highly required services. 6: It’s highly innovative because it has improvised 2 of the most highly required services needed by mass population.
01.04 Please describe who exactly your project is aimed at serving. Who are the targeted beneficiaries?

Different Insurance companies like SANLAM, ALLIANCE, JUBILEE and BRITAM insurance. But also service providers like PIKI delivery and DUKA direct. Both of these services are good but don’t have a comprehensive service approach on these issues like Customer-Centric Approach while at the same time leveraging partnerships with other service providers, offering a one-stop solution for various daily demanded services needed. But also don’t have a financial Inclusion catering to low-income individuals and families who may be underserved by traditional insurance companies but also lack Immediate Emergency Response in which to us this is our major concern on which can be answered in swahili “ Hela itatafutwa lakini uhai wa mtu hautafutwi” you can’t recover and be offered a second life on earth, “once it’s gone it’s gone” and there’s no coming back but money you can always hustle and later on succeed but with life there’s no trial and error hence making it a very sensitive matter on the table
