Users can easily search for residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties, view detailed listings, schedule virtual tours, and contact agents directly. In addition, TRES is committed to creating employment opportunities especialy for youth in Tanzania. By leveraging the latest technology, we provide young professionals with training and career development in real estate, digital marketing, customer service, and IT support. The main problem TRES app and website aims to solve is an inefficiencies and complexities in the Tanzanian real estate market. Traditionally, finding, listing, and managing properties is a time-consuming and often opaque process. Buyers and renters struggle with limited access to comprehensive property information, while sellers and brokers face challenges in reaching a wide audience effectively. The TRES platform addresses these issues by providing a centralized, user-friendly digital marketplace that streamlines property transactions. 1. CPA Ibrahim Juma Mtale holds an MBA in Finance and barchelor degree in accounting has extensive financial skills and experience in the real estate sector. With over eight years of industry experience, he has a proven track record of managing and developing successful real estate projects. Ibrahim is also the owner of Home Real Estate Co. Ltd., where he has demonstrated his expertise in property management, investment analysis, and strategic planning. His comprehensive knowledge and leadership make him a valuable asset to any real estate venture. 2. Masmuha Iddi Shabani (female) , a recent Advanced Level graduate (May 2024) from Benjamin William Mkapa High School, brings fresh academic excellence and a dynamic perspective to the team. Her strong analytical skills, dedication, and enthusiasm for learning position her as a valuable contributor to this innovative project.
