Describe your project or startup in a few words

we all have clothes that we don't think of wearing them again, instead of disposing them , our project aims at recycling those clothes and make them new and resell them. tailors will be people with mental health issues to help them recreate their minds.

01.01 Describe your project in more detail

at some point in life people need to dispose old clothes because may be they have grown old for those clothes not to fit, or the clothes have worn apart and it is not presentable, i intend to be using those clothes to recreate and design new kind of clothes by using them old clothes and new fabrics to make a new cloth that will carry my brand (our brand) name and market them as new dresses. keeping in mind that mental health in third world countries is taken for granted, we will be seeing people who at one point in their lives have experienced mental health problems and thought of harming them selves keep them together, giving them mental health education and what to do when the same situation occur. while doing that they will be taught how to design and to tailor clothes and they will be making those new clothes. i personally believe in the power of recreating as a tool to solve my mental health problems, and i hope it cures someone too.

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

environmental pollution through disposal of clothing material, our project main goal to reduce environmental pollution that might be caused by the disposing of old cloth, as we all know clothes are non decomposing materials which could cause harm to land, water and air as whole, we intend to minimize this problem by eliminating clothes as part of pollution mental health problem by taking care of those who have the problem by equipping them with necessary addition skills of being tailors that will help them forget their problems at once, while being taught sewing skills we will be partnering with metal health specialist to train those people on how to take care of their mental health, i believe people who share experience can take care of themselves together because they know how it feels to be victims mentally unemployment problem where some youth will be employed at our industry as tailors or designers, sales personnel, fabric suppliers, sewing machine suppliers and a lot of that kind

01.03 Tell us the major benefits and/or advantages of using the product/service that your project intends to provide (at least 3).

1. clothes are meant to be worn, we will be recreating the clothes to match with the current fashion trends, so not only we will be recycling clothes but also we will be creating fashionable clothes using old ones, while creating an everlasting brand that will sell globally, not only a regular brand but also a brand that solve two problems at once mental health and cloth as a product. 2. we will be preserving the environment as we all know clothes are not decaying so disposing them will be harmful to the living organism in the earth, so the people who will be buying our clothes will not only be buying a cloth but they will be preserving the environment, once the environment's threats are minimized we will be getting a conducive environment for the future. 3. we will be supporting the lives of the people who will be working to make those clothes, by buying it means we will be able to pay them, paying them and making them meet their bills is one of the major benefit of this project.

01.04 Please describe who exactly your project is aimed at serving. Who are the targeted beneficiaries?

this project is aimed at everyone who will be touced by mental health awareness issue which is nowadays a global problem, so any one who will purchase any clothes from our brand will be contributing to mental health awareness since the people who will be working to make this project a reality are the people with mental health problems, people who have been hurt mentally whether from child hood traumas, social media attacks, peer pressure burning, work stresses and life as a whole we will be making every kind of clothes the goal is to target each and every one, so from children clothes, to male and female pants, female dresses, male shirts, caps school socks, under pants for wrestlers, t shirts and every kind of dresses that will come into fashion, suits, wedding dresses, official wears to casual wears, we want to touch each and every person on this earth, so we will not concentrate on a single group of customer will be diverging our ideas depending on the market researches and needs.

i currently work on this project alone, because i only have one sewing machine, i had this idea a very long time but due to financial situations i failed to implemebt it the way i wanted, so instead i only used my very own old clothes to make nre clothes which i ended up wearing some my self and some i sell them locally, i believe if i managed alone to implement the idea and dealt with my mental health issues i can also make difference to others too. so i currently do not have any partner tyo work with but i intend to work with so many people that are mental health advocates who will help me to reach to my targeted group easily and spread awareness through creation of a brand. i understand that we female, are the main victims of mental health but atleast we find ways to talk through different platforms opened for us, in other side men are also victims of mental health problems but because our society does not allow men to open up with their griefs they tend to hide their pain. equality

our society has made the generation allow only women to talk about their pain and justify that men are strong and can bear any kind of pain without showing i disagree with that because a person whether a male or a female has the same heart that can feel pain, that is why i chose to work with mental health, in my project inclusion is priotized as we will be allowing both genders to enroll to our classes and enjoy the free cure, we understand the importance of both parents towards child growth, that a father must be there and is of importance as a mother, so in order for them to perform their duties well their mental health should be considered equally. through our project we will increase awareness on both gender to participate in mental health classes and that men too feel pain and are allowed to show their feelings without the fear of being judged by the society, that our young boys should never be afraid of telling others that they are not okay, we will encourage gender equality.

the clothing production business is the kind of business that needs constant innovations, we will be ready to innovate and use the currently technology that will be available to make our products, we understand that the world is running to impelement inclusive and sustaiinable industrialization and we won't be behind we will be ready to go with the world's pace toward every change making sure we are producing quality products while preserving the environment. our project will require constant shipping of our products to end consumer, the use of good infrastructure will be of great importance to us, so we will be supporting infrastructure that are environmental friendly while making sure our products reach to our consumers safe and sound. we understand that our doings must look out for those coming after us so we will be using, environmental friendly infrastructure while being innovative and do everything we can to promote inclusive and sustainable industrialization for the better

05.09 Who are your main potential competitors and what makes you stand out from them?

every clothing brand is our potential competitor such as Luis Vuitton, Gucci, and other local brands but what makes us different is the source of our raw materials, we will use already made clothes as our raw materials, combining them with new fabrics to make new designs

i am currently a local tailor who also teach other young female the tailoring career to help them reach their financial goals
