Carbon credit business involves selling carbon units by farmers from the crops and variety of trees they grow in their farm filds. It aims to improve farmers and community livelihood and environmental stability by reducing the impacts of climate change.

01.01 Describe your project in more detail

The project should be achieved through various ways 1. Trainings and Capacity building to all communities members on I. Carbon credits business II. Agro forestry practices III. Environmental benefits IV. Food security This project intend to improve community livelihood in which members who will engage in a project will be able to ensure they are in a good hand to solve climate change impacts since they practice agro forestry hence environmental stability. Also it will offer food security since they have variety of crops grown by farmers. Benefits of the priject. 1. Increase food security. 2. Environmental stability by reducing impact of climate change 3. Nutrition benefits since they have various crop varieties. 4. Different sources of income 5. Marketing opportunities. Definitely this is a good business to our community members.

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

Through this project, we should solve the following problems which encountered our community members 1. Problem of low living income 2. Food insufficient 3. Impacts of climate change due to deforestation in which no enough trees to absorb carbon dioxide gases from the environment. 4. Problem of nutritional disorders/Diseases since community has different and enough food. 6. Debts to members since they will have anything to ensure they can eat and servive.

After our project as now able to be implemented, we will have the following advantage/benefit 1. Food security. Enough food will be produced by farmers through agro forestry practices. 2. Capital to sustain their lives through selling crops and carbon units 3. Reduce impacts of climate change like drought, etc. 4. Reduce independent people in a community. 5. Increase visibility and marketing opportunities

01.04 Please describe who exactly your project is aimed at serving. Who are the targeted beneficiaries?

The project aim to serve the world, but specifically the upper ranking beneficiaries are small holder farmers who always work with effort but benefits small. The community also will benefits and a national at large. We need our small holder farmers to be able to sustain their lives through their agricultural activities.

They are managed to register more than thirty thousand farmers and benefited more than fifty percent of all registered farmers
