The project of will be carried out in lake Victoria particularly at Mwanza region money for investment is Tsh 83M earning minimum profit is 13M for 6 month the project will consider the significance of trained workers inorder to maximize the profit

01.01 Describe your project in more detail

Farming of tilapia fishes in lake Victoria is successful when using trained workers also will be an employment opportunities to many Tanzanians because the project is carried in lake Victoria also need a land where we can grow fish food in order to minimize the cost of care of fishes,this land will also be used for keeping egg chickens this will also maximize project's profit.Fishes to be farmed are all Tilapia male fishes this is to control their number and is important when measuring the amount of food to feed them,the project will be carried out at the site where there is a limited number of people visiting that area, selling of tilapia fishes is not complicated when there will be proper timing of farming process,licence will be obtained from the regulatory body

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

The main problem here is to get fish pellets and inventors,because fish pellets cost Tsh 60M to complete the project I have got one investor agreed to invest Tsh 22M under the wishes of God when I win this price the project will start up

The benefits from this project are-: 1.employment opportunities to some people 2.will advertise Tanzania to international markets because fishes are going to be sold at national an international level 3.the project will provide ideas to other youth group which are waiting for government employment 4.the project will also allow researches and field students to carry out their studies inorder to gain knowledge

Fishes will be harvested and transported to the markets by considering the transportation principles and selling process will consider the customer demands and company inquiry the price will be effective to both customers and the company Beneficiaries are 1.company it self 2.unemployed youth 3.Citizen from Tanzania 4.government through tax payment 5.everybody who will consume those fishes will gain nutritive values in their bodies

All we have an experience of one year except one partner have experience of three years Educational level all we are bachelor holders One partner have bachelor degree of aquaculture Two partner have bachelor degree of medical laboratory and one partner have bachelor degree of computer science One partner have bachelor degree of biomedical engineering
