An institution which is both a cold house (MAGAZINE) and a fish shop . Selling both in large and in detail

01.01 Describe your project in more detail

It will be a cold house, that is a magazine designed to stoch fresh fish in bulk. And concerning the sales, it will be don in large, that is supply minor fish shops as well as stores selling fresh fishes, And supply to house hold that is customer for home consumption

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

For the locations , I already have. The main problem now is the finance to buy the required instruments , rent, as well as some fixed capital required for the start up not forgetting the expenses during the registration process

To begin with some advantages, * It has limited investment in that sector *It targets both the house hold as well as the retailers as customers * it has no negative impact on the eco system * It is a capital accelerating investment with little risk when well managed *It needs little fixed capital requirements for the establishment * It is an expandable project with high divers expansion possibilities

It has 2 major targetted customers _ retailers in the same sector _ house hold consumption
