Puis la zone où je me trouve j'ai remarqué que la population est sous informé pour cause les délestages pour temps que certains veulent bien apprendre je veux ouvrir ce centre pour les sécurisé,et protège les intellectuels qui ci trouve dans cette zone

Le problème ici les délestages la connexion Internet n'es pas aussi stable

Les avantages que je vais apporter à ce projet c'est occupé cette jeunesse pour qu'ils ne se perdent pas dans les salles de jeux de ne pas dépansser leurs argent a tors et a travers pour ceux qui ne rapporte rien par contre en apprenant ils développent une autre connaissance aussi a trouvé du travail facilement dans des cecretaria bureautique des supermarché et bien d autres
