Safe food zill be a company that produces food items issued from small peasant farms into semi prepared and prepared states. As main product, we will start with groundnut paste which will be produced and packaged following strict hygienic norms.
01.01 Describe your project in more detail
We are trying to set up a factory that transforms groundnut to paste, well packaged and sealed in various dimensions, and with varied prices, meeting various incomes. - We will set up a factory, - we shall buy machines that shall grill (roast) roll the groundnut to paste, - We will also buy sealing machines to add aluminum foil on the containers, - We will then package in cartons, then in containers and transported by train to town south of the country and by sea out of the country, where it will be brought to final consumer.
01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?
We are trying to encourage peasant farming by trying to provide a ready market for their products by transforming them and giving at a less or no cost in the national and international market, there fighting both poverty and hunger in the world.
01.03 Tell us the major benefits and/or advantages of using the product/service that your project intends to provide (at least 3).
- it zill be cost effective; we are planning to produce in mass, we are planning to localize our factory near raw material where labor will also be relatively cheap. all of these will greatly curb down the price of the final product. - packaging; we will be packaging our products in a highly secure and hygienic conditions; we will strive to acquire the certificate of food safety. - our product will 100% organic, thus, very healthy.
01.04 Please describe who exactly your project is aimed at serving. Who are the targeted beneficiaries?
the project will impact communities through small peasant farming. Cash crop which is very costly to carry out and high risk bearing is the dream of every farmer. this discourages other people to run to cities thinking its easy there. our main raw material which are mainly products of peasant farming which is less risky and costly, yet profitable. these will cause a reserve movement from urban to rural, decongesting cities. to the state we are in the import-substitution preached by the government, whereby, we produce what we consume and consume what we produce.

- Miss. ENOBO JOSIANE; state registered nurse and director of Centre de Santé St. Hervé, rue Tongolo, Yaoundé, Cameroon. - Miss. ANGAFUH SANDRA; accountant by profession, now contract with plan international as a support staff. she lives in Buea, Cameroon. - Miss. CHANG BONG MODESTA. She is a medical laboratory technician based at Ekona, Muyuka, Cameroon. Passionate about the well-being of people around her, she is a community health personnel, and in the domain of agriculture owns some small farms.

One of the reasons why we chose this path in entrepreneurship is the fight against poverty. Peasant farming generally does not motivate due to its little or no demand, low rentability. Our company will be out to try and revalorize peasant farming, which is less capital intensive but very rentable.
