Ce projet vient promouvoir la production du manioc, sa transformation et la commercialisation des produits dérivés.

01.01 Describe your project in more detail

La transformation du manioc en farine et autres dérivés reste une technologie familiale et artisanale. Néanmoins, ce système traditionnel permet non seulement de stabiliser une importante population en zones rurales et péri urbaine, mais également d'approvisionner de grandes agglomérations en farine, et produits dérivés. Par ailleurs, l'intensification de l'agriculture d'autosubsistance est conditionnée par le développement d'une industrie de transformation de produits vivriers à moyenne et grande échelle, permettant d'approvisionner des marchés nombreux mais petits et dispersés. Pour répondre à cette demande, il convient de proposer des équipements performants permettant d'obtenir un produit final amélioré et qualitativement différent du produit traditionnel et d'assurer leur diffusion par un développement réel de la petite industrie agro-alimentaire.

Le problème principal est l'import substitution des produits dérivés du manioc.

Comme avantages nous avons : - l'import substitution des produits dérivés - l'accompagnement des agriculteurs dans le développement et l'expansion de leurs activités. - la création de nouveaux emplois direct et indirect. - l'amélioration des conditionnements d'accès aux produits dérivées du manioc à des prix plus bas.
