Transformative Waste Management and Recycling Project in Cameroon: Paving the Way to a Circular Economy In the rapidly urbanizing nation of Cameroon, the challenge of effective waste management has become increasingly pressing. As the population grows and economic development accelerates, the volume of waste generated has reached unsustainable levels, with significant consequences for public health, the environment, and the country's overall sustainability. This transformative project aims to address this pressing issue head-on by establishing an integrated and innovative waste management and recycling system in Cameroon, paving the way towards a thriving circular economy. The core objectives of this initiative are threefold: 1. Implement Sustainable Waste Collection and Processing: The project will work closely with local authorities and communities to establish efficient and comprehensive waste collection services across targeted urban and peri-urban areas.
